Holland Residential is a national multifamily developer who has developed hundreds of new apartment units in eighteen (18) buildings in the Denver metro area since 2010. Holland retained Developco to oversee retail tenant improvements installed on the first level of the Union Denver building (Downtown Denver), and the MileHouse and Den apartment buildings at Belleview Station. As tenant coordinator for Holland Partner Group, Developco reviews Tenant Improvement (“TI”) plans and landlord work letters, estimated costs of landlord work required for tenant space, assists with the negotiation of terms with tenants and their contractors, establishes and enforces rules of work for the property, reviews contractor payment applications and manages the release of TI allowances, and oversees design and construction of the tenant space to ensure that the landlord’s interests are satisfied.

- Gyu Kaku Japanese BBQ (Union Denver) – 3,050 SF Japanese BBQ restaurant completed in February 2019.
- Restorative Injectables (The Den – Belleview Station) – 1,250 SF buildout for anti-aging clinic providing wellness
and beauty services completed in November 2018. - MidiCi Neapolitan Pizza Company (The Den
– Belleview Station) – 2,870 SF pizza restaurant including full bar, kitchen and a 230 SF outdoor patio completed in January 2019. - LeFrench Bakery & Café (MileHouse –
Belleview Station) – 2,865 SF French bakery and bistro including a full bar, outdoor patio and dining area, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Completed April 2019.
