As construction manager, Drew Kraft was responsible for estimating, permitting, subcontracting, inspection coordination and generally leading all field work for a $1.8MM (hard costs) renovation of an existing 52,000 SF three-story office building into a fully functioning church and education facility. This adaptive re-use in Centennial, Colorado for Encounter Church comprised a 350-seat auditorium, four children’s classrooms, two community rooms and administrative offices. Renovation improvements were made while several existing medical tenants remained operational. This required careful coordination of schedules due to impacting noise and vibration.
