The Client, Voyager Express, needed to relocate their fleet and operations to a recently acquired 14-acre brownfield site that would allow them to have greater highway visibility, expansion capabilities, additional rent income and future development opportunities.

- Located construction materials below their market value after the project budget was completed, resulting in an additional cost savings of approximately $25,000 to the Client.
- By re-specifying and rebidding the methane mitigation system, the Client saved approximately $32,000.
