Meadows Crossing hired Development Advisors to investigate the viability of developing a new speculative office building and restaurant that would be profitable to Client and to retain a professional who could orchestrate the start-to-finish development. A key goal was to find wise opportunities to invest money in commercial real estate in the growing Castle Rock area.
Assignment Highlights
- Directed Client through strategic planning, site acquisition, project design/engineering, construction management and leasing for a new 35,000 SF new ground-up Class “A” office building.
- Determined that a significant number of business owners living in the Castle Pines area would desire to locate their companies in Castle Rock if quality space were available.
- Identified, negotiated and acquired three separate but contiguous land parcels offering great access and visibility from I-25 just south of the Factory Outlet Shops.
- Orchestrated the master planning for the office building and a future restaurant site.
- Created marketing and leasing plans for the new office project.
