Regency Centers owns 416 retail shopping centers across the US and 20 centers along Colorado’s Front Range. As Tenant Coordinator, Development Advisors has advocated for Regency for all Front Range tenant improvement renovations. Developco has been involved on projects for many familiar retailers including Bank of America, UC Health, Verizon, Pacific Dental, Weight Watchers, Ulta Beauty, Joanne Fabrics, The UPS Store, Torchy’s, Wells Fargo, Sierra Trading, H&R Block, Old Navy, Petco, and others.
Developco’s responsibilities include reviewing tenant’s letter of intent and landlord’s proposed work letter, preparing cost estimates for landlord’s work, reviewing tenant design drawings, hiring professionals for landlord’s work, procuring professional agreements, reviewing tenant’s contractor schedules, facilitating preconstruction meetings, periodic sight observation, acting as liaison between landlord and tenant, reporting on project status, payment application review for release of tenant’s allowance, project close-out, monitoring completion of punch list for landlord work only.
