Developco led the conversion of a 37,383 SF former multi-tenant office building located at 3605 S. Teller Street in Littleton, Colorado into a new fully-functioning charter high school for $6.6 million. As the school’s advocate and project manager, Developco hit the goal that allowed the school to open on time on August 24, 2020. Developco’s responsibilities were to oversee the final design and construction, defend challenges to the budget and improvement quality, to manage payments to ACA’s contracted professionals and vendors, and to assure that the furniture, fixtures and equipment were ordered and installed on-time. Developco's involvement resulted in direct savings of $80,000 which exceeded the fee charged.
